National Association of Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Michigan
 ~ 2023 Scholarship Announcement and Application ~
The National Association of Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club of Michigan (Buffalo Soldiers MI) is pleased to announce the Chapter’s 2023 scholarship program. Scholarships up to $1,000 will be awarded to graduating high school seniors to aid in their educational pursuits at a college, university, or trade school of their choice. We invite you to apply!
United Methodist Higher Education Foundation (UMHEF)
UMHEF Applicants Must be a member of a Methodist Church for at least a year and enrolled or planning to enroll in a full-time degree program

Looking to engage in Ministry?
If you are 18-28 years old and want to have a life-changing summer, apply to be a Mission Intern. The Mission Intern Program offers young adults age 18-22 the opportunity to serve for eight weeks over the summer at United Methodist congregations and related non-profits across the state of Michigan.
Urban Methodist Youth Camp
If you are 18-40 years old and want to have a life-changing week of working with youth (12-18 year olds), apply to work (or volunteer) as a Camp Counselor or Camp Activities leader. This years camp event will be held from July 30 – August 4 @ Michindoh Conference Center.  Please contact Pastor Audrey for more information.
Safe Gatherings
All staff and volunteers who work in our Youth Programs are dedicated, well-trained, and fully authorized by Safe Gatherings. afe Gatherings is an abuse prevention program that screens and trains volunteers, staff, and clergy to help prevent abuse of children. CDF Freedom Schools
We are always looking for qualified staff to work with us at our CDF Freedom Schools program at Conant Avenue from June 19 – July 28, 2023 – 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. All staff and volunteers who work in our CDF Freedom Schools program are dedicated, well-trained, and fully authorized by Safe Gatherings.Â
Request to Participate in a 5th Sunday Service
Each fifth Sunday is designated, “Children, Youth, and Young Adult Sunday,” with children, youth, and young adults participating from our various community programs. Conant Avenue welcomes Young Adults to participate.
